Day 1 Arrival and to Punta Gorda (D)
Arrive at Punta Gorda in Southern Belize and transfer to the Chaab’il B’e Jungle Lodge. Orientation and free time to enjoy the trails. Dinner.

Day 2: Culinary & Culture (B,L,D)
After a delicious breakfast, begin a day of exploring the culinary and cultural sites in Belize's Southern Province of Toledo. This includes a visit to a Spice Farm, and later learn about the history and process of making chocolate at the Ixcacao Belize Maya Chocolate farm. Stops to admire the rural pastures, forests and coastline. In the afternoon a culinary lesson and dine on your creations while learning about local stories and traditions.
Day 3: Mayan Archaeology & Creole Culture(B,L,D)
Today will will drive to the Nim Li Punit ruins, an impressive Mayan site from the classical period - the grandest of the ruins in Southern Belize. Alternatives can be made to include Labuntaan - another of the area's great Maya sites. In the afternoon we visit the Warasa Garifuna Drum School, and enjoy a Maroon Creole Fire Hearth cooking lesson.
Day 4: Countryside & departure (B,L)
Early morning to enjoy the trails. Breakfast and a drive through the Mayan villages that dot the scenic roadway towards the Guatemalan border. Lunch at the Farm Inn with some time to explore the trails on the property, also rich in tropical birds and plants. Then you will be transferred to the Punta Gorda airstrip or taken by shuttle to your next location.
